At the Aruba Youth Soccer Academy (AYSA), we believe in the power of collaboration and innovation. As an initiative of the Soccer Education Center Aruba and the Soccer & Performance Academy, we have a mission: to offer an innovative youth program that develops top talent on Aruba and prepares them for a bright future.

Our youth program is based on a unique European development style. With a modern approach, led by the Soccer & Performance Academy, we focus not only on technical and tactical skills but also on the physical, mental, and social development of our players. By utilizing innovative technologies and analysis methods, we optimize the growth of each individual.

During our AYSA Camps and annual training sessions, players have the opportunity to learn from coaches with experience at clubs like AFC Ajax Amsterdam, PSG, and FC Barcelona. This collaboration with local coaches ensures that we can optimally guide and prepare our players for a potential career in European football or as successful professionals within the Aruban community.
